Case #6 FRCPath Microbiology Part 2 Examination

a 50 year kidney transplant recipient male present with fever, dry cough and dyspnea. FBC, LFT, RFT are normal. CXR shows diffuse infiltrate in LLZ. Pneumonia is not resolving despite repeated change of antibiotics. Yeast like organism are found on BAL.
